The Concept
Behind The Name
The term " H E X A C U B E " represents a fusion of the geometrical shape & form "Hexagon" and "Cube" , which are commonly utilized in 3D workflows. The rationale for combining these two elements lies in their shared characteristic : a hexagonal outline is formed when a cube is positioned at a specific angle over a hexagon. Additionally, both shapes share the number "6" , with the hexagon consisting of six segments and the cube possessing six surfaces. This connection to the number "6" also relates to the chemical element "Carbon" . The Term "Hexacube" is Inspired from Carbon , which has an atomic number of 6 and is known for its ability to form a molecular "Ecosystem" with six different elements, thus creating a vast and diverse ecosystem. Hexacube firmly believes in creating Working ecosystems . The Name & Logo has been structured to convey a futuristic and minimalistic essence respectively , achieved through the artistic design and placement of the two alphabets within a hexagonal outline.

A R Y A N M I S T R Y , An Interior Designer from "LS Raheja School of Architecture" graduated with a diploma in designing, securing First Class honors (2014 - 2016). In Year 2017, he gained valuable experience in site management and execution for both residential and commercial projects while working with Transform Projects Pvt Ltd. A true "Autodidact" across multiple fields, he began exploring choreography in 2012, honed his skills in Graphics & UI/UX design in the year 2018, Started exploring 3D Visualization Skills in the year 2019, ventured into Coding and App development in the year 2021 & began his Entrepreneurial Journey in late 2023

Initial Consultation & Briefing
The first step in our 3D visualization process is the initial consultation and briefing, where we get connected via Call / Chat with you to understand the full scope of your project. During this phase, we discuss basic key details such as : Type of project , Complexity level , Scope of work , Timeframe , Basic Costing etc.
Conduct Meeting at Client's Office
We offer the option to conduct a meeting at your office, providing a more hands-on and interactive collaboration. During this session, we can discuss the workflow and gain a better understanding of each other’s working styles for smoother coordination. We'll also engage in a detailed conversation about the project scope, design vision, and deliverables to ensure clarity. Additionally, we can address the commercials, including budget, pricing, and payment terms, along with any specific project requirements, ensuring a transparent and efficient collaboration
Cad Files & Reference images
To fully understand the concept, reference images are essential, as they provide a clear vision of the desired outcome. Additionally, proper CAD layouts and elevations are crucial to accurately elevate the structure and ensure precise details in the 3D work. If there are specific 3D models you would like us to use, please share direct links from trusted 3D model websites, ensuring the exact models are incorporated into the project. Furthermore, share any specific textures or materials that need to be applied, as these will enhance the realism and quality of the 3D visualization, making sure it aligns with your vision.
Rough Cut Renders
Once we receive the proper CAD layout and reference images, we begin the modeling process. Basic textures, lighting, and camera angles are applied to create an initial draft. These rough cut renders are then shared with the client, allowing them to review the modeling and suggest any corrections or adjustments needed before moving forward. This ensures that the modeling is accurate before progressing to the next stages.
First Cut Renders
After receiving feedback from the client on the rough cut renders, we make the necessary corrections and adjustments. We refine the camera angles, do proper lighting setup , mapping the texture , refining materials & applying fine-tuning to improve the overall quality. These updated renders, known as the First Cut Renders , are then shared with the client for further review and feedback.
Refined Final Cut Renders
After receiving the client's feedback on the First Cut Renders , we make the necessary revisions and rectifications. This time, we focus on achieving the highest level of quality by refining the renders and fine-tuning every detail of the space. The result is a final production-quality render that is polished and ready for presentation.
Payment For The Service
After delivering the Final Cut Render, any additional rounds of revisions requested by the client will be treated as extra and will incur additional charges. Once all revisions are completed, the client can proceed with the payment based on the final invoice provided.
